1st Line Support

Location : London

A number of Helpdesk/ 1st Line support roles have become available due to continued expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative market leader.

We are looking for customer focussed individuals to join our team. You will have experience in a similar role, helping to resolve customer queries in an efficient, concise and effective manner. You will work within SLA's, investigate and resolve their problems to ensure customers are satisfied and kept up to date accordingly.

You will be expected to contribute to developing and improving the support process. You will be seen as an integral part of the team, bringing in customer feedback for enhancements and improvements.

Key competencies:

  • Desktop Support Experience
  • 1st Line Ticket Closing
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good written and verbal English
  • A personable manner with great collaboration skills
